Objectives:

This calendar will help you convert a calendar date, either to the Year Day or Week # GPS.
For example, February 4, 2016 is day of year 35 in GPS Week 1882.
The GPS # Week would be 18824 (the # 4 represents Thursday).

Sunday = 0, Monday = 1, Tuesday = 2, Wednesday = 3, Thursday = 4, Friday = 5, Saturday = 6
