The course is divided into three annual periods, subjects previously distributed by period. The table below presents an overview of the courses offered under the LTG.

 

In the current structure of the Department of Transport Engineering (PTR) is required the payment of 90 credits for master's degree and 70 credits for a doctorate in terms of post-graduate courses.

 

Each discipline offered by PTR corresponds to 10 credits.

 

It is interesting to note however that some of the credit for graduate courses can be met through courses offered by other departments of the Polytechnic School or by other units of the University of São Paulo, or other institutions.

 

 For both the consent of the student advisor, showing that any disciplines outside the PTR have significant correlation with the dissertation topic or thesis to be developed is required.

 

There are several courses offered by the Departments of naval engineering, production, construction, structures and foundations, mining, mechanical, electronic and digital systems and hydraulics, all Components of the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo.
